We had an absolutely lovely stay at this small cosy luxurious hotel in the heart of Ermoupolis. The hotel was luxuriously decorated in an "old castle rock" style and the room was modernly decorated with a luxurious touch, with carming colors and ambient lighting. The room even had its own private external patio, which was very quiet and relaxing. We had the most amazing relaxing and invigorating experience at the spa (>4 hours) with the Exclusive Spa Day couples package - really worth it, so you need to book your package quite early. The breakfast was quite adequate with a selection of healthy snacks. The staff served us with the highest level of service and hospitality, really friendly, eager to help in any request we had, and also accommodated our request to for a late check out in our last day of stay. Overall, excellent positive experience, and very good value for money. Highly recommended for couples.

Brand new hotel. We got local sweets and treats from Syros as welcoming gift. They have a spa area, wich unfortunately did not try. They have a nice restaurant and a terrace. We woke up late so we did not try the breakfast wich was included in the price. Location is perfect, walking distance to the city center and to every thing that Ermopoulis has to offer.

Such a wonderful hotel, nice design of the room, perfectly located. It is closed to Vaporia and the urban beach, Ciele. The breakfast was so diverse and of good quality. The personnel was also great, looking after us, to make sure we have a perfect experience. As we arrived early in the morning, we have been invited to have breakfast and leave our luggage, until the room was ready (well in advance of the official check-in). We really enjoyed our stay. We truly recommend it.

A wonderful stay on Syros - the hotel was beautiful, clean and full of character, the location was perfect for exploring the town, and the staff were exceptional. They couldn’t do enough to look after us during our stay - friendly, informative and thoughtful. From organising a room for us to rest and change when our ferry arrived on the island in the early hours of the morning, to preparing a lovely takeaway breakfast for our early morning departing ferry. Would highly recommend - can’t wait to go back.

Very friendly and efficient check-in and -out. Staff very helpful and caring. Rooms were immaculate and seemed very new. Although building is historic, interior is discreetly modern and comfortable.

The hotel is beautiful. We appreciated the upgrade and helpfulness of the staff. Location is terrific. Walking distance to main square and harbour and shops. The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the upgrade room was noisy. The breakfast was amazing, really top notch although the room was a bit 'cold' for morning. Good for a bar for which it doubles. I think they might use the outside room in summer and that would be much nicer.
